By commissioning me you agree to the following terms.
A clear reference is required. NSFW references must be drawings NOT photos.
No refunds after completion. If I have started the commission and either the customer or myself terminates the commission, a partial refund is available. If the commission has not been started, a full refund is available.
Payments must be full and upfront before the drawing has been started.
Turn around time is usually within a month, please specify if you have a deadline.
Commissions are for personal use only. You cannot use my art for tracing, resell, NFTs, AI, etc.
I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time for any reason.

* Certain requests may be turned down, please discuss your idea with me beforehand. NEVER place details of a NSFW** order into Ko-fi. Additionally, if you are requesting NSFW content, please select the add-on "Additional fee" within the "Scene" listing.
What I will NOT draw:
X sex / sexual intercourse
X nudity / sexual content of minors
X political topics
X bigoted themes
Any personal information such as shipping addresses are not shared with anyone, and such information is not saved after the commission has been completed and the customer has received their commission.
Packaging and shipping outside of the US can be discussed on an individual basis.
I sometimes like to post my work. That being said, I will always ask for permission before I post your commission.
